Easter is Just Around the Corner!

First, I want to thank you for your prayers for our trip to Lindale, Texas where we preached a memorial service celebrating Pat’s brother, Leonard’s life and home-going. When I gave the invitation after presenting the Gospel, a number of people publicly indicated they had prayed to accept Jesus as their Savior and Lord. We are praying now that they will find a church this Sunday, tell the pastor what the Lord has done for them at the funeral and ask for help in growing as a Christian. God answered prayers for our safety as we drove home through a blinding rain storm.  Please continue to pray for Pat and Leonard’s family in their time of sorrow.

In just 4 short weeks, we will be celebrating the resurrection of our Lord. We are planning a sunrise service and a very special Easter worship service at 10:30 am, unlike any we have done before. Please take this opportunity to bring people with you to church for both services. Start now praying for the ones God wants you to bring.

If you can help share the Gospel by handing out tracts at the Rabbit Festival March 15, at the Burton Coliseum, come and get in on the blessing. Time will be announced.
