Welcome 2022!
Dear Church Family,
This is the first news letter of 2022. We are praying that this will be the most blessed year we have ever experienced, not just as a church, but as individuals. Last Sunday morning’s message was “How to Get Through 2022” from Philippians 4:1-7 where God gives us some very practical ways Christians can face life’s challenges rejoicing and being at peace, even in the storms.
I am very grateful for Bro. David filling in for me when I was on vacation. It is a wonderful thing to have someone like him who we can depend on and not worry about what he is going to say. David’s messages are always biblical and from his heart. Thanks, David!
East Ridge is blessed with a Prayer Team that is willing to gather and go to people in need of prayer. God is using them touching life after life. I know of no other church that has such a ministry.
Last Saturday, 10 people went to the Fur and Wildlife Festival sharing Jesus and offering to pray with folks. We praise God for you.
On a personal note……Please pray for our family, especially our daughter, Christina who is staying with us and on hospice care.
